Deposits / Withdrawal of **$NIKE** into the Boardroom will lock **$NIKE** for 4 epochs (24hrs) and **$ADIDAS** rewards for 2 epochs (12hrs). The above is the same for **$ADIDAS** rewards claiming, this will lock staked **$NIKE** for 4 epochs (24hrs) and the next**$ADIDAS** rewards can only be claimed after 2 epochs (12hrs)
